Government Affairs Committee
This committee meets the second and fourth Monday of each month at noon at the Stockmen's Casino, upstairs. City, County, State and Federal representatives meet with local busines owners to discuss issues that effect business.
Elko Area Leadership Institute
Mission:
Bring local leaders together with diverse interests and background to develop community minded leaders that have a high awareness of the Elko Area's key issues and challenges.
Young Professionals Committee
Young professionals are groups established all across America and are hugely successful social networking clubs. The goal of the club is to provide a place for your professionals to connect, network and socialize within the community.
Business After hours Committee
The Elko Area Chamber of Commerce 'Business After Hours' monthly event is an opportunity for Chamber Members to host the event and showcase their business to other Chamber Members and the community.
Sherman Dinner Task Force
The Historic Sherman is over 100 years old, and requires on going maintenance and repairs to keep the structures in the complex in good condition.
Every year, the Elko Area Chamber of Commerce hold the Annual Sherman Dinner and Auction to raise funds for these repairs, and for the Davis White Memorial Scholarship. All area residents are welcome to attend this event, and support the Chamber in these worthy projects.
