Getting Married in Elko

Begin your wedded bliss in Elko!
To tie the knot, the intended couple should present themselves, with valid identification at the County Clerk's office (571 Idaho Street, 3rd Floor, Elko, 753-4600). The fee is $65 and it takes only a few minutes to obtain the license. An additional $4 is required if you need an official copy of the marriage license for name change purposes.  No blood tests are necessary. If you're under 18 years of age your parents must either be present at the wedding or give their notarized written consent.
