a.) City of Elko- Curtis Calder reported on a few of the Elko City Council 03/14/17 meeting agenda items, including the following:
-Review, consideration, and possible approval of the Airport Manager position description, including the reclassification of Mr. Jim Foster as the Airport Manager, effective April 17, 2017, and matters related thereto.
-Review, consideration, and possible authorization to fund the purchase of food for food service at the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Chilton Centennial Tower on May 1, 2017, and matters related thereto.
- Review, consideration, and possible approval of Resolution No. 13-17, a resolution amending the fee charged for parade permits, effective July 1, 2017, and matters related thereto.
- Review, consideration, and possible approval of Resolution No. 9-17, a resolution of the Elko City Council adopting the 2012 International Fire Codes and adopting amendments pursuant to Elko City Code, Title 6, Chapter 1, Section 1 and matters related thereto.

a.)Elko County School District- Jeff Zander reported on the following agenda items coming up including making a decision if they are going to accept FEMA funding, the high rise of cost of rural health care, $3.5 million in budget cuts, and possible teacher buyouts will be discussed.

III.) Great Basin College- George Kleeb reported on the following item:
- Presidential Search is going forward and the new president will be confirmed by April 27, 2017.
IV.) Northeastern NV Regional Hospital- Steve Burrows shared a handout with the group, the NNRH remarks to the County Health Board Meeting April 4, 2017 by presenter, Rick Palagi, CEO
V.) NNRDA- Pam Borda reported that NNRDA.com has a resource guide now available, includes all members, current and past. The Reverse Expo was totally sold out! It was a great success! Lastly, Jan Morrison has been hired and will be in charge of Lander and Humboldt Counties, and still looking for one more person for White Pine and Eureka counties.
