Jaymie Donovan

Orla Mining

I was raised in Elko and love this community!

I have worked in the mining industry for over 15 years in various people-focused roles. I am the Community Relations Manager for Orla Mining, and we are developing the South Railroad project 16 miles south of Carlin. I am proud to be on a team that is committed to Nevada and Elko County, and I look forward to being a part of Nevada's next operating gold mine.

I served on the Elko Area Chamber Board and Executive Committee in a previous capacity from 2018-2021. I am passionate about mining, volunteering, and supporting local nonprofits and businesses. I believe my ties to Elko County, ability to build relationships, local involvement, and friendly nature make me an ideal candidate for the Elko Area Chamber Board. I actively participate in Chamber activities throughout our community, and I hope to be able to serve on the Board once again, continuing to make Elko a better place to live and work.

As an Elko native, international traveler, and veteran I have a great wealth of knowledge to offer the Elko Area Chamber. As an Elko native I have insight into local history and tradition. As an international traveler and veteran, I bring fresh new insight to incorporate into our local economy. As a small business owner of a large private practice, I receive insight and concerns from my patients that give the heartbeat of our community. And as Father and husband volunteering at schools, sports, and church has always been and continues to be a blessing. I truly believe it is important to give back to the community I grew up in and to serve Elko County. It would be my pleasure to continue to serve on the Elko Area Chamber Board again.

Hayley Bammesberger

Indigō

Hi, my name is Hayley Bammesberger. My husband and I have been the owners of Indigō, aka Hayley’s for the past 26+ years, located in the heart of downtown Elko. We also own Olympus Seal and Supply (5+ years) with two of our sons. We are invested and committed to our community, its growth and development.

As a small-town business owner with big dreams, I quickly became aware of the importance of shopping and supporting local businesses. I became very active in the DBA serving as Vice President for eight years and on the board of directors for seven years and remained a member over the past 6 years. I played a big part in organizing and launching the wine walks, second Saturdays, and my most passionate event was the Snowflake Festival. I believe my creativity and business sense would be a great asset for fundraising and business development.

I would be honored to serve as a chamber board member.
